Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” refers to SA Aerodynamics Pty Ltd

  • “Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to any user of our website, products, or services.

  • “Products” refers to all truck fairings, components, accessories, and custom-manufactured items sold by the Company.

2. Product Information & Specifications
2.1 All product images, diagrams, and descriptions are provided for general information and may differ slightly from the final product due to materials, improvements, or lighting.
2.2 Specifications, measurements, and compatibility details are provided in good faith. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their vehicle model and application.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.


3. Orders & Manufacturing
3.1 Orders may only be considered confirmed once full has been received (as per the Company’s payment terms).
3.2 Custom fairings and made-to-order products are manufactured according to the specifications provided by the customer.
3.3 The Company is not liable for inaccuracies caused by incorrect measurements, photos, or information supplied by the customer.


4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices listed on the website or quotations are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Prices are exclusive of delivery or installation fees unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Payments must be made using approved methods listed on the invoice.
4.4 All outstanding amounts must be paid in full before products are manufactured.


5. Lead Times
5.1 Estimated manufacturing or delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
5.2 Delays due to material shortages, supplier issues, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.


6. Delivery & Collection
6.1 Delivery services are handled by third-party couriers unless otherwise arranged.
6.2 Risk transfers to the customer upon collection or dispatch.
6.3 Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any visible damage or defects within 48 hours.


7. Warranty
7.1 Our products may include a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period
7.2 The warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Misuse, accidents, or negligence

  • Modifications not performed by the Company

  • Normal wear and tear

7.3 Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
8.2 Custom-manufactured items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where legally required.
8.3 Refunds may incur a handling or restocking fee.
8.4 Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.


9. Installation
9.1 The Company is not responsible for improper installation performed by third parties.
9.2 If installed by the customer or an external fitter, the Company cannot be held liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation.


10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10.2 We are not liable for:

  • Loss of income or business

  • Downtime of vehicles

  • Damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on this website—including logos, photos, designs, and product descriptions—remains the property of the Company.
11.2 You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.


12. Privacy Policy
12.1 Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
12.2 By using our website, you consent to the collection of necessary information to process orders and inquiries.


13. Website Use
13.1 You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems.
13.2 The Company reserves the right to restrict access or suspend accounts suspected of violating these terms.


14. Governing Law
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
14.2 Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
